Visualizing prepares you to act without overthinking.
How to do it:
• Close your eyes
• Picture a situation you usually overthink (social event, conversation, etc.)
• See yourself showing up calm, confident, and relaxed
• Focus on how you move, speak, and feel
Keep it realistic — not perfect.
Just better than usual.
