What this workout is about:
This is a quick breathing exercise to slow down your thoughts when your mind starts spiraling about your hair. We will practice box breathing technique here to calm our mind quickly.
Why it matters:
Overthinking isn’t just mental — it’s physical. Your body goes into a stress response.
Slowing your breath tells your brain: you’re safe.
How to do it:
• Inhale slowly for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
• Exhale slowly for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
• Repeat for 1–2 minutes
Focus only on your breath.
Let thoughts come and go without engaging.
