This is a quick breathing exercise to slow down your thoughts when your mind starts spiraling about your hair.

Slowing your breath tells your brain: you’re safe.
How to do it:
• Inhale slowly for 4 seconds
• Hold for 2 seconds
• Exhale slowly for 6 seconds
• Repeat for 1–2 minutes
Focus only on your breath.
Let thoughts come and go without engaging.
