What this challenge is about

You go a full day without looking in mirrors, reflections, or checking your appearance.

Why it matters

Constant mirror checking reinforces anxiety and it doesn’t solve anything. It just pulls your attention back to your appearance again and again. And every time you look, your brain scans for flaws. So even if nothing has changed, you feel worse. This is for you if: - You check mirrors frequently - You adjust your hair multiple times - Your mood depends on how you look in that moment When you remove mirrors: - Your attention shifts outward - You start focusing on what you’re doing - The mental noise reduces Confidence doesn’t grow by looking at yourself. It grows by living your life.

Requirements to complete

  • No mirror or reflection checking for 2 hours
  • No using your phone camera to inspect your hair
  • If the urge comes up, notice it — don’t act on it
  • Cover mirrors if needed
