No Camera Checking

What this challenge is about
You stop using your camera to check your hair or appearance throughout the day.
Why it matters
This one looks small, but it’s huge. You keep taking selfies multiple times a day to see the progression of balding. Over time it makes you weak and you become anxious just by looking at your picture. Every time you check your hair, you’re telling your brain - “This is a problem. Keep monitoring it.” So your brain does exactly that — it keeps bringing it up. That’s why even on a normal day, you keep thinking about it. This is for you if: - You open your camera multiple times a day - You adjust angles, lighting, etc. - You feel a temporary relief after checking That relief is the trap. When you stop checking the urge spikes at first, then it fades and eventually your mind quiets down. You’re not fixing your hair here. You’re fixing the loop and the trigger.
Requirements to complete
- No camera checks for appearance
- If you open it out of habit → close it immediately
- Notice the urge, don’t act on it
- If you need to shut down your phone for a day, do it!
