What this challenge is about

You complete a week's worth of workout sessions. Should be atleast 3 days of workouts.

Why it matters

You can’t control your hair. But you can control your body, your energy, your discipline. Most guys get stuck focusing on what they’ve lost. This challenge shifts you to what you can build. This is for you if: - You feel stuck or low energy - You’ve been neglecting your body - You want to feel more in control Working out won’t fix your hair. But it changes how you carry yourself and make you feel much more confident of yourself. And that matters way more.

Requirements to complete

  • Do atleast 3 full workout sessions this week
  • No skipping midway
  • Focus on effort, not perfection
